From a stay of 10 days it is possible to enjoy the benefits of all the essential steps listed in the classical texts for a lasting detoxification and re-tuning. Your Ayurvedic doctor will tailor the treatments to you and your needs as well as your state of health during the detailed initial examination. This cure is particularly recommended for regeneration and vitalization with a long-lasting effect, even in the case of minor health disorders.
10 days – ayurvedic cleansing cure (Panchakarma)

3 days mobilization of toxins with the help of:
- herbal preparations or ghee (Purvakarma)
- regular different types of whole body synchronous massages with 4 hands (individually prescribed by the doctor)
- whole body herbal steam bath (Svedana)
1 day therapeutic elimination and intestinal cleansing (Virechana)
3 days of intestinal cleansing (Matra- and Shodana-Basti) accompanied by full body massages and/or manual therapies
1-3 days of cleansing of the head area (Nasya), individually combinable with other Ayurvedic treatments
In addition, we offer full Ayurvedic gourmet meals, light yoga in the group and weekday evening lectures. During the medical consultations you will receive individual recommendations for preventive measures, nutrition at home as well as effective Maharishi Ayurveda herbal preparations tailored to you personally.

The Maharishi Ayurveda Health and Seminar Centre accompanies the Panchakarma therapy with an extensive social program. The daily flat rate is calculated independently of the use of the individual offers for each overnight stay and amounts to 21.00 €.
